Organizational drama impacts your bottom line. A quick Google search of 'how much time do managers spend dealing with conflict' will reveal a varying amount of statistics. The articles and reports say it is anywhere from 15% to 90%, with the average being about 40% of managers time spent on managing conflict. Drama has widespread impacts on team dynamics, interpersonal relationships and productivity. Understanding drama at the personal level is a crucial way of diffusing these stressful and anxiety-inducing impacts. Self-awareness is critical. In this 2-hour and 30-minute Workshop spread across two virtual sessions, you will learn about: ✅ The hard and soft costs of drama in the workplace.
✅ Our internal operating system and why drama is so prevalent.
✅ The mindset that creates drama and a mindset that alleviates it.
✅ The roles we and others play in drama.
✅ A set of alternate roles moves us away from traditional workplace drama responses, supporting more collaborative interpersonal relationships. The sessions will be spread over two 75-minute online session via Zoom and will include: ⭐️ Interactive facilitation style.
⭐️ Slide show presentation to be shared with participants.
⭐️ Recorded audio of the session for review or playback later.
⭐️ Worksheets will be sent out after each session to integrate the learning further.
