About the Event

In May of 2019, the World Health Organization listed ‘burnout’ as a phenomenon related to unmanaged stress. This game

The insidious nature of ‘burnout’ is that it goes unnoticed until it’s too late.  Unmanaged stress can:

  • Impair one’s ability to focus and make decisions.
  • Make it difficult to handle and recover from challenges.
  • Create sleep issues causing daily fatigue.
  • Severely deplete immune function.

Imagine being able to intelligently manage your energy and influence your body’s physiology to become more in sync and improve your performance.

Being a leader, entrepreneur, or small business owner takes resilience.

Inside the pressures of your role, you can easily lose touch with yourself. The responsibility, commitment and risk you take on begins to wear you out.

In this full-day workshop dedicated to business leaders, entrepreneurs and small business owners, you will learn tools to rejuvenate and get off the track to burnout. Benefits can include:

  • Increased performance and access flow in life.
  • Increased clarity and focus.
  • Improved memory.
  • Increase your sense of well-being.
  • Enhanced quality of sleep.

In the first part of the day, we will explore the scientifically proven techniques of HeartMath® that will bring about a broader understanding of resilience and the impacts of stress on the nervous system.  You will then learn simple and easy to use tools to rejuvenate and recover.

The HeartMath® Institute (est. 1991) has been dedicated to scientifically researching the heart’s intuitive intelligence and its role in our life beyond just its physical life-generating properties.  Their research shows that the heart is responsible for sending more information to the brain, than the brain sends to the heart, influencing our perceptions and emotions.  Thereby affecting our ability to feel calm and focused, think clearly and make effective decisions.

In the afternoon, we will spend time with the Wisteria herd practicing the techniques learned in the morning and anchoring in new insights.

“I came to the workshop very stressed out and depleted from an ongoing situation at work with a difficult employee.  This does not happen to me usually and I found the whole experience was draining my energy.  By the end of the day, I felt renewed and re-energized.    This calm feeling carried over and has stayed with me.  I attribute this to the excellent structure of the workshop, the calm and caring attitude of Dave and Krista and the volunteers,  the  Heart Math exercises and working with the horses.” Why horses?

Why horses?

Horses have hearts five times larger than a humans, making the horse’s heart energy field larger and more resonant than ours, with the ability to draw us into their peaceful, balanced and coherent state.

Horses are resilient beings and have the power to teach in remarkably intuitive ways. It is something you need to experience first-hand.

Join Krista, the herd and I for this transformational event.
