About the Event

Trust: How to build it, maintain it and restore it when it's been lost.

This workshop is for you whether you're a new supervisor or manager, or a seasoned leader.

Do you remember what it was like to be in your first management position? You probably had a lot of questions and concerns about how to lead effectively. Maybe you worried that if you gave your team too much freedom, they would slack off and not get anything done. Or perhaps you felt like they wouldn't trust you to make the right decisions if you didn't give them enough freedom.

Trust is something that leaders need to know how to build, maintain, and restore when it has been broken. This workshop will help you understand how to do all of these things in a way that will work for you. And your team will thank you!

In this 90 minute Workshop, you will learn:

✅ Explore the true definition of trust.

✅ Be introduced to a model of trust that you can use to build, maintain or restore trust.

✅ Deeper dive into the four domains of trust.

✅ Learn about the relationship between trust and team success.

The session will be 90-minutes and happen online via Zoom and will include:

⭐️ Interactive facilitation style.

⭐️ Slide show presentation to be shared with participants.

⭐️ Worksheets to support continued learning after the session to participants.

NOTE: This workshop is eligible for 0.1 CEUs from the EOCP upon completion.
