About the Event
Trust is one of the most important—and often least understood—foundations of effective leadership and strong teams. When trust is present, communication flows more easily, collaboration improves, and people are more willing to take initiative and support one another. When trust breaks down, even highly capable teams can struggle with misalignment, hesitation, and frustration.
In this interactive 90-minute workshop, we will explore the practical leadership behaviours that create and sustain trust in teams and working relationships. Drawing on Charles Feltman’s Thin Book of Trust, this session introduces four essential domains of trust—sincerity, reliability, competence, and care—and provides leaders with a clear framework for understanding how trust is built through everyday actions and communication.
