About the Event
In a recent Canadian poll, one-quarter of those polled indicated that their ability to be resilient is being impacted on most days. The American Psychological Association is calling stress an epidemic and a current mental health crisis.
There is a science to creating more resilience in one's life, and first, it is essential to get clear on what resilience means.
Low resilience happens when your 'Window of Tolerance' collapses. There can be many reasons for that collapse, and all of it leads to low resilience.
Understanding how to rejuvenate and the impacts of stress are crucial to reducing its effects. Self-awareness is critical.
In this 90 minute Workshop, you will learn:
✅ The hard and soft costs of stress.
✅ The distinctions between the pressure and the stressor.
✅ The science behind coherence.
✅ To develop an individual plan to move forward.
✅ A scientifically designed technique to regulate stress that you can do in as little as 3-minutes per day.
The session will be 90-minutes and happen online via Zoom and will include:
⭐️ Interactive facilitation style.
⭐️ Slide show presentation to be shared with participants.
⭐️ Recorded audio of the session is sent for playback later.
⭐️ Worksheets get sent via email before the session to participants.
