The weekly facilitated conversations will engage the participants in an exploration of what leadership means and how to put these leadership practices into action immediately.

What makes this series different?

As a final 7th session, each participant receives a personal, one-on-one coaching conversation. The conversation is structured to support the participant to talk about the learning and what insights were realized.

This integration is critical when supporting new leaders.
