Nature seems to have adopted the key principle of life, patience. Nature is consistently patient. There is no rushing in nature, and by connecting to the ground, we can adopt that wisdom of patience into our own lives. This meditation will strengthen the connection to the earth; we will grow deep roots together in community.
Taking time for yourself is the most courageous of acts, and in the busy world we live in, it is becoming a crucial part of staying regulated.
