Intuition sometimes comes as a whisper. I quite voice that tells you that you are on the right track. Intuition is something we can cultivate, with awarness, with intention and with practice.

This is an opportunity to lean into strengthening your ability to access intuition.

Taking time for yourself is the most courageous of acts and in the busy world we live, is becoming a crucial part of staying regulated.
