For more than 25 years, the HeartMath® Institute has been researching the heart-brain connection and learning how the heart influences our perceptions, emotions, intuition and health.  HeartMath® techniques help you tap into the power and intelligence of your heart to create more peace, balance and harmony in your life.  These quick and easy techniques, when applied to your daily life, awaken you to the best version of yourself and send ripples of healing energy out into the world.

This attribute makes the horse’s heart energy field larger and more resonant than ours. This resonance has the ability to draw us into their naturally peaceful and balanced state, opening us up to the harmony within.

In partnership with the wisteria herd we will explore, embody and integrate the wisdom of the heart through one-on-one time with your horse guide.

Together, Krista and Dave hold a safe and grounded space that invites reflection, insight and inspiration through powerful questioning, deep listening, and coming together in our shared experience.

What Our Day Will Look Like:

9:30 am:  Arrival, Settle-in, Waivers

9:45 am:  Meet & Greet with the Herd

10:00 am:  Opening/Sharing Circle in the Loft

10:30 am:  HeartMath techniques are designed to deepen your connection with your heart intelligence and cut through complex, long-standing emotions to gain insight and clarity for the path ahead.

12:30 pm – Break for Lunch  (please bring a bagged lunch)

1:00 pm – Individual Reflective Roundpen sessions with the horses to gain greater clarity and anchor in insights for inspired action.

4:00 pm – Closing Circle
